Community Spotlight – Emmett

The next Alliance Title branch spotlight shines on the small but mighty team working inside our Emmett, ID branch. With a combined 44 years of experience, this group of caring and knowledgeable professionals love delivering for their customers and community on a daily basis.

“We strive to be accurate, timely and confident so our customers know they can count on us no matter what. Our community knows we are the place to go if they have title questions or need research done,” says Branch Manager Tiffini Woolley.

For those who don’t know, Emmett is a wonderful Gem County city about 30 miles northwest of Boise. It’s nestled in the picturesque Treasure Valley. Emmett is most well-known for its annual Cherry Festival, which is held in June.

The Emmett team is always willing to lend a helping hand. Woolley is proud of the work this branch does when it comes to real estate and to getting involved in their community. “We participate in every local charity event we can, from coat and food drives to large fundraisers like golf and bowling tournaments. Our branch has a longstanding legacy of supporting the community any way we can, whether lending out our conference room for Rotary club or sponsoring tables at community fundraisers throughout the year,” Woolley said.

Some specific organizations and causes this local branch support include the area’s Rotary Club, especially its scholarships, the Christmas Giving Tree organized by the local food bank, the Gem County Friendship Coalition and fundraisers sponsored by the Real Estate Broker’s Association.

When our team members aren’t working with customers or out in the community, you may find them doing various activities, like spending time outdoors or with family. Tiffini loves riding dirt bikes and snowboarding, while Administrative Assistant, Ashley Morton enjoys paddleboarding and archery.

Especially during a month known for love and admiration, it’s special to partner with so many people who are invested in the area’s collective success, now and in the future. “We love our customers because they are all hardworking people like us,” Tiffini said. “They care about this community as much as we do.”

Want to share why you love working with this great team? Give them a shout out on the Alliance Title Emmett Facebook Page, and remember, when you’re buying or selling property in Gem County and beyond, we are ready to work with you!
