Associate Spotlight – Jared Janke
It’s time to talk about another one of our great Alliance Title team members. Today’s Associate Spotlight shines on Jared Janke, who is the Assistant Branch Manager & Sales Manager of our bustling Coeur d’Alene, ID branch.
Jared has spent 18 years in the industry – 16 of those with the Alliance Title family. He loves building friendships and using competition to build business. Furthermore, Jared believes that everyone succeeds when our builders or agents, lenders, and other team members succeed. He says his colleagues in the office also exemplify that passion and dedication every day. “I enjoy managing our super-talented team,” Jared says. “They are a tremendous group of professionals.”
Outside of the office, Jared is extra involved in the Coeur d’Alene real estate world and the local community as a whole. He’s a member of two local Chambers of Commerce (Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls), the North Idaho Building Contractors Association, the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS®, and Mensa International.
Speaking of teamwork, many of Jared’s interests away from the office include sports. He’s “pretty good at anything with a ball and stick,” including golf and softball, which he really enjoys. Other hobbies include being outdoors – especially if he’s hunting, fishing, camping or quad-riding – and playing fantasy sports. One of Jared’s favorite things is watching his daughter dominate on the volleyball court.
Jared doesn’t name a specific person when asked who he admires most. Instead, he commends anyone who weathers adversity and emerges from it stronger than before. “I really admire folks with strong mental toughness who have been at the bottom and then, through drive and grind, get to the top,” Jared says. Call him a fan of the underdog story.
The bottom line is that Jared and the other professionals inside our Coeur d’Alene, ID branch want to help you find success, no matter what that looks like for you. Give them a shout out on the Alliance Title Coeur d’Alene Facebook Page, and write them in your next transaction!
