It’s time to highlight another great Alliance Title team member! Today’s spotlight shines brightly on Liz Piva in our Blackfoot, ID branch. Liz is a hardworking Escrow Officer who has been involved in real estate for almost 20 years, and a part of our Alliance Title family for almost two. 

“I’ve always loved meeting new people and building relationships within my community, especially with our real estate agents and lenders,” Liz says about her favorite part of the job. She also finds plenty of ways to get involved in the community outside of the office. 

“I volunteer with the Community Dinner Table, usually through the Greater Blackfoot Association of REALTORS®. In addition, I try to participate in any fundraisers for food banks and SEICCA,” Liz says. “I have been a member of Soroptimist in the past.”

Liz has an eye for design and says making floral arrangements is one of her favorite hobbies. Other loves include spending time with her family, reading, camping, attending music festivals, paddle boarding, and skiing. When asked about her heroes, Liz thanks anyone who has positively impacted her life, especially teachers and those who have served, or are serving in the military.    We love talking about our Alliance Title team any chance we get!
