It’s time to meet another great Alliance Title team member. Today’s associate spotlight focuses on Michelle Turner, our hardworking Escrow Supervisor in the Meridian, ID branch. Michelle has been part of what we do here for almost two decades and is a great asset to her team and her community.

In addition to overseeing her team, Michelle maintains the full desk of an Escrow Officer. She loves working with her colleagues and customers and believes the role of all the officers, herself included, is cultivating relationships using great customer service and accuracy.  

“We have a group of lovely ladies of Escrow here in Meridian. As a supervisor, I maintain morale and cross train so that everyone is able to grow at their own pace and learn as much as they can, so they are able to provide the best customer service possible,” she says.

Michelle values the amount of teamwork that goes into each transaction. She says the trust everyone has in each other in the Meridian office is part of their record of success for each other and their customers. 

“I absolutely love the people who I work with – customers and co-workers! They are like family, and I know no matter what, we will always have each other’s backs,” Michelle says. “If everyone isn’t on the same page and collaborating, then everything falls apart. Being open to new ideas, not being afraid to express yourself, and asking questions are essential to having happy employees and customers. “

Michelle loves the outdoors and has discovered a passion for travel. She enjoys playing sports with her children or spending the day at the beach. Michelle credits her mother for instilling the value of independence, strength and hard work. (“You get what you give,” is one of the lessons she taught.) 

When it comes to her own favorite quote, Michelle picks “You can’t take it with you,” because, according to her, it reminds us that as hard as we work, we should also take time for ourselves and play.
