Associate Spotlight – Kimi Dennison

We’re ready to highlight another great Alliance Title team member! Today’s associate spotlight shines on Kimi Dennison, an Escrow Officer in our Coeur d’Alene, ID branch. Kimi has been part of the Alliance Title family for eight years and has more than two decades of experience total when it comes to residential and commercial closings.

Kimi is an integral team member because of her experience, professionalism, caring nature and so much more. She loves meeting our Alliance Title customers and learning the personal stories of buyers and sellers. Kimi also values and appreciates the collaboration it takes to make each file successful.

“It takes a team to close a transaction. When I say ‘team,’ it’s the internal associates and external individuals who assist in helping us close transactions,” she says. “We are all pieces of a puzzle, and it’s always fun putting those pieces together.”

It’s the people inside the Coeur d’Alene branch that make her job so rewarding, too. Kimi has nice things to say about all her colleagues and considers the group part of her family. One of her favorite quotes is “It takes a village,” and Kimi is grateful for everyone in her village.

“The strength of this team is amazing,” she says. “The associates in our office demonstrate strong work ethics, and we back each other up both professionally and personally. We are all in this together, so be kind, work together, agree to disagree and move on to the more important stuff.”

When she’s not working, you may find Kimi cooking or spending time with her family. Collectively, they spend plenty of time outdoors, often going camping, horseback riding, on hikes with their dogs or ATV’ing.

Now that you’ve gotten to know Kimi a little more, give a shout out to Alliance Title’s Coeur d’Alene, branch on Facebook, and write them in on your next transaction! The team looks forward to helping make your home closing a simple and smooth experience.
