The next Alliance Title branch spotlight focuses on our small but mighty team in Soda Springs, ID.

While this branch is supported by two other executives, the team is mainly comprised of two Kims – Escrow Officer Kim Lindstrom and Escrow Assistant Kim Black. This duo works hard to always go the extra mile for their customers in Caribou County and beyond.

“We make friends with many of our customers and clients and take pride in the fact that we get plenty of repeat business. Word of mouth goes a long way in a small community,” the pair says. “We love this area, and we love our jobs.”

Being part of the Soda Springs community includes devoting time to several local causes and organizations, including the Distinguished Young Women Program, Trunk or Treat, and the Caribou County Rodeo and Fair.

Both Kims say they enjoy spending time outdoors doing various activities, including four-wheeling and being with friends and family. Kim Black loves animals, and you’ll sometimes find Kim Lindstrom playing the piano/organ or crocheting.
