It’s time for the next Alliance Title associate spotlight. Today, we’re introducing you to Brenda Stevens in our Central Title Services (CTS) in Boise, ID.

As a Title Officer in this important department, Brenda does a little bit of everything for our customers’ title commitments. That variety – and collaboration with her Alliance Title colleagues – makes her job rewarding and fun.

“It is nice to hustle and get a lot of files out (bunnies) quickly, but then there’s something special about digging into a file that really challenges you too” Brenda says. “Those may take a whole day or a few days.”

Brenda says the person she admires the most is a great aunt who was a true pioneer. She took over a “man’s job” during World War II and then stayed at the top of her field. That relative, Great Aunt Arlene, “was a strong, caring, kind woman and is missed very much.” Outside the office, you’re likely to find Brenda camping, playing poker, reading or spending time with family – her grandbabies being her favorite – and friends.

This is a special month for Brenda too! She’s celebrating 10 years at Alliance Title (April 2023). Everything about working at Alliance Title is about teamwork, she says.

“It takes all of us to deliver excellent customer service, share ideas and suggestions and always strive to do a little bit better.”
