Our newest branch spotlight is the original capital of Idaho, Lewiston!

Lewiston was originally named after Meriwether Lewis, of the Lewis and Clark expedition. Lewiston was founded in 1861 and became capital of the Idaho Territory in 1863. Because of dams on the Snake and Columbia rivers, Lewiston is reachable by some ocean vessels. To this day, it is home to one of the world’s most inland ports, and Idaho’s only seaport. The population of Lewiston is over 34,000 today. 

You’ll find our Alliance Title Lewiston branch right in the heart of town, just a couple blocks away from Clearwater River. This team brings over 70 years of combined experience to help with any of your title and escrow needs. Vice President and Branch Manager, Brandy Charlo, says the people and their experience are what sets Alliance Title apart from competitors. Brandy adds, “I love seeing the newer team members learn from our other members, and how well we have formed the best teams in our industry. Customer Service and Integrity are at the top of our priorities at all times.” 

The Alliance Title Lewiston branch loves their community and always prioritizes giving back. They participate in Alliance Title’s Closing the Hunger Gap food drive each year, Toys for Tots, and Stuff the Bus. They also consistently support the Gina Quesenberry Foundation, the Boys and Girls Club, the local animal shelter, and Jackson’s Pay it Forward Foundation. Beyond these organizations and events, the team gives their time back to the community individually, and as a company, as often as possible. Brandy explains, “Everyone here at Alliance Title has a common goal and the understanding that we would not be here without our customers. Supporting this community, where many of us were born and raised, while supporting and raising our own families, is pretty amazing.”

Outside of work, the Alliance Title team in Lewiston enjoys camping, music, tennis, golf, and spending time with family.
