We have a new associate spotlight! Let’s give a shout out to Denise Snow! 

Denise is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Mountain Home, ID branch. She has been with the company since 2021. In her work, Denise handles new orders, sends lenders preliminary documents, and orders assessments. She likes that every transaction is different, so she is always learning something new. Denise adds, “The ladies I work with have so much knowledge, and I love learning from them.”

An important value to Denise is team work. She says the whole team is working toward the same goal, and being a team helps them achieve their goal of giving the customer a great experience. 

Denise really admires her mom and dad. She explains, “They are honest, hardworking people who have always loved and supported me, and taught me so many life lessons.” 

Outside of work, Denise enjoys hiking, camping, rock hunting, and bike riding with her family. 

A favorite quote of Denise’s is, “Comparison is the thief of life’s joy.” She says this quote helps her remember to be grateful for what she has, and not to compare herself to others.
