Let’s give a round of applause to our newest employee spotlight, Susan Krause!

Susan is an Operations Support Specialist based out of Alliance Title’s Eagle, ID location. She has been with Alliance Title since August 2019. Susan covers for all escrow staff when they are out of the office. She says sitting in the closing room when people achieve the American Dream is her favorite part of her job. Susan adds, “So many people work hard for family and home and I get to be a small part of making that happen.” 

Integrity is one of Susan’s favorite core values. She explains, “In today’s world being held accountable for your actions is rare and so many people would rather take the easy road instead of doing what is just, and right.”

When asked who she admires most, Susan says her grandad. “He was an incredibly righteous and strong human being. He taught me the importance of forgiveness, truth, unconditional love, having a strong character, work ethic, and never quitting.” She admires how he faced all situations with dignity, grace, and so much wisdom. 

Outside of work, Susan loves being outside in nature, especially sitting by, or swimming in, a body of water. Camping, road trips, writing, and working with Veterans are some more of her interests. Other than that, she says, she is just being her mischievous and sassy self!

Susan’s favorite quote is by Edmund Burke, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” Susan explains, “We as human beings have the right, and more importantly, the duty to protect each other; especially those who are not able to fight for themselves from evil, no matter the form that evil takes.”
