We have a new associate spotlight! Let’s give Cassidy Quehl a round of applause!

Cassidy is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Mountain Home, ID branch. Next month will her 2 year anniversary with the company! Cassidy scans in files once they are complete and sends them to the lender for approval. Cassidy adds, “I take care of all of the payoffs for the office, making sure we have them and they are up-to-date.” She also releases files for funding and recording, then makes calls to the agents once everything is complete. Cassidy says making these phone calls is one of her favorite parts of her job because, “they are always so excited and appreciative, and it’s very rewarding.”

An important value to Cassidy is teamwork. She explains, “I like when we all come together for the success of everyone. Ultimately, if one person fails, we all do and teamwork shows that we have each other’s backs.”

One person who Cassidy admires is her husband, Alex. Cassidy and Alex met when they were in the military and have now been married for three and a half years. She explains, “He is so supportive of me and genuinely cares about the well-being of others. I have never met someone who is as easy going and selfless as he is!” 

Outside of work, Cassidy loves crafting with her Cricut, an electronic cutting machine which can cut many different designs. She describes it as a fun and creative outlet. Cassidy adds, “It’s even better when I have my two puppies hanging out with me!”

“Just one small, positive thought in the morning can change your whole day,” is Cassidy’s favorite quote. Cassidy says attitude is everything, which is why she truly believes in this saying. She continues, “It is so easy to get down, but life is too short so you’ve got to enjoy it!”
