Let’s give a round of applause to our newest employee spotlight, Karina Lagunas!

Karina is an Escrow Officer Trainee at Alliance Title’s Twin Falls, ID branch. She has been with the company since January of 2022. Karina loves building relationships and being a part of such an exciting time as buying and selling for clients. She says it is amazing that Alliance Title focuses primarily on customer satisfaction and adds that she will always stand by this value. 

When asked who she admires most, Karina immediately thinks of her dad. “He always does everything with a smile,” she explains. A favorite quote of Karina’s is, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” Thank you for sharing this inspiration that can be used in or out of the office! Speaking of out of the office, when Karina is not at work she loves to go running and hiking with her fur babies.
