Let’s hear it for our newest employee spotlight, Emileigh Rupe!

Emileigh is an Administrative Assistant at Alliance Title’s Meridian, ID branch. She has been with Alliance Title since July of 2021. Welcoming clients, answering phones, and opening new orders make up most of Emileigh’s daily responsibilities. She loves being the friendly, reassuring face people see as soon as they walk in the door. Emileigh adds that she enjoys helping customers get what they are looking for. 

A major core value for Emileigh is integrity, she explains, “I find this very important within every area of life, but specifically in this field when we are relied upon for exact and correct information to ensure a seamless transaction.” We know her team and customers appreciate how thorough and diligent Emileigh is. 

When asked who she admires most, Emileigh thinks of her dad. She says, “He has raised his family in a loving, protective environment and has taught me how to be discerning within all areas of life. I owe a lot of my character growth to him.” Outside of work, Emileigh likes anything outdoors, especially hiking and swimming. Hanging out with friends and family, and strength training, are two of her favorite activities. 

Emileigh’s favorite quote is one by Pooh Bear, “When life throws you a rainy day, play in the puddles.” She enjoys the reminder to take what is given and still find joy in the little things in life. Emileigh adds, “We are blessed with so much if we would only look around.”
