Employee Spotlight – Lindsey Hood
Let’s give a round of applause for our newest employee spotlight, Lindsey Hood!
Lindsey is an Administrative Assistant for Alliance Title’s Twin Falls, Idaho branch. She has been with Alliance since 2021. Lindsey is responsible for greeting clients and helping them feel welcome and comfortable before their closing. She adds, “I also take care of a lot of customer service requests in the office, open orders, and have recently started dipping my toe in the escrow world with a few escrow assistant duties.”
Integrity is an important value to Lindsey in her job. She explains, “I believe in doing all things with integrity; with integrity, success comes in all other areas of life and work.”
When asked what she likes most about what she does, Lindsey says the variety. Some days she is running around working with people all day and others she is on her computer opening orders or putting together property profiles for agents. Lindsey continues, “I have plenty of excitement and variation from day to day, but also enough stability to maintain my life outside of work.”
Lindsey says she admires her mom more and more the older she gets. She explains, “My mom is, and always has been, a great example of a working mother.” Lindsey also adds that her mom, “has a magical ability to make things happen no matter the circumstances and that is one quality I hope she passed on to me. I strive to emulate my mom every day.”
Outside of work, Lindsey and her husband like attending all of their three kids’ activities and events. She explains, “We spend most of our weekends at baseball tournaments, and football and basketball games. I LOVE watching them try new things and discover what they are passionate about.” When their time is not filled with these sports, she enjoys taking her kids and dogs out camping and exploring Idaho.
Lindsey’s favorite saying comes from her grandfather, “Tell them who you are, where you’re from, and what you’re going to do.” She says, “It’s a quote my grandpa was famous for in our small hometown, and one that I have lived by for my entire life. I have it posted on a sign right by the front door as a reminder to myself, and anyone else walking out the door, to go out and make things happen.”Now that you’ve gotten to know Lindsey a little more, give a shout out to Alliance’s Twin Falls Branch on Facebook and write them in on your next transaction!
