Let’s give a round of applause for our newest employee spotlight, Francesca Ghiorso!

Francesca is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Meridian, ID branch. She has been with Alliance Title since 2020. Francesca assists two of Meridian’s Escrow Officers with agent, lender, and customer communication to help ensure a smooth transaction. She also spends a lot of her time processing loan packages and prepping files for closing. 

An important value to Francesca is teamwork. She explains, “No one person can do it all! If you have a solid team that is built upon mutual respect and care, you can work together to reach goals, solve problems, and support each other.” Francesca appreciates that her team all has different strengths that help provide better service to their clients. She concludes, “So grateful for my team!”

Francesca enjoys working with clients and being part of a team that values serving customers and meeting needs in whatever way possible. Outside of work, she loves being involved at her church, playing piano, reading, and spending time with family and friends. When the weather is nice in the summer, she likes going on outdoor adventures.

When asked who she admires most, Francesca’s mom comes to mind. “Her love knows no bounds and she is the most sacrificial person I know. Her door is always open, she always has wisdom to share, and I hope I can be like her when I grow up.”

Francesca’s favorite quote is, “Wherever you are, be all there,” by Jim Elliot.
