We have a new employee spotlight! Let’s give a round of applause for Bailey Carpenter!

Bailey is Alliance Title’s Escrow Assistant for our Eagle, Idaho branch. Bailey supports the Escrow Officers with agent and lender communication, loan package prep and return, and recording and funding. Bailey enjoys the learning opportunities that each day and new closing brings.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Service” is Bailey’s favorite. She explains: “I enjoy finding the most efficient way to be productive and help as many of my teammates and customers as possible. Chelsea and Tonya – our Escrow Officers – are very experienced and knowledgeable and great teachers! I also strive for as quick of a response and/or resolution as possible for everyone.”

When asked whom she admires, Bailey thinks of her parents. She continues, “My parents have always encouraged and supported me beyond measure. They work hard, enjoy life, value people, and have taught me so many valuable lessons that have helped me get to where I am today.”

Outside of the office, Bailey loves to spend time with her family and adventure in the great outdoors! She enjoys reading a good book, traveling, paddle boarding, and trying out local restaurants and wineries. You can also find Bailey spoiling and soaking up every minute of love and fun with her one and only nephew, Cooper. Her family also grew up riding horses, so calf-branding season tends to be Bailey’s favorite.

Bailey’s favorite quote, “Never turn your back on a cow. Your horse can’t see anything behind him,” comes from her Grandpa Freddy. She explains, “He always said this when we were working cattle. I like it, because I think it applies to life too. You can’t change the past, so keep looking forward at what you can do.”
