Let’s give a round of applause for our new Alliance Title employee spotlight, Rolene Teter!

Rolene is our Operations Support Specialist for Alliance’s Twin Falls, Idaho branch. Rolene assists in the title and escrow departments when needed, is the training lead for the branch’s new assistants, and helps with closings and signings. With 20+ years experience in the industry, Rolene is your go-to for all title and escrow questions!

Rolene enjoys helping others grow in their field and seeing the glow from first-time homebuyers.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Trust & Respect” are Rolene’s favorites. She explains, “Earning and maintaining trust and respect from our customers, clients, and my teammates are very important to me. I want everyone to know I am going to treat them in the way in which I would want to be treated.”

When asked whom Rolene admires, she thinks instead of what she looks for in others. She continues, “I admire the qualities in a person that convey honesty, compassion, and respect towards others; which could be why my cubical is decorated with Mr. Rogers’ quotes.”

Outside of the office, Rolene enjoys making memories with her three children and spending time on the Oregon coast.

Rolene’s favorite quote comes from one of the many she has hanging in her office: “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood,” and “I like you just the way you are,” from Mr. Rogers.
