Our Sr. Vice President & Escrow Service Compliance Officer, Robin Aberasturi, has been recently promoted to President of the Idaho Land Title Association (ILTA)!

As of Wednesday, August 11th, the ILTA swore in new board members for the 2021-2022 year. The annual meeting and election of officers was held at the Idaho Capitol Building located in Boise, Idaho.

ILTA’s mission is to provide continuing education and information, and enhance professionalism in the title industry.

Robin Aberasturi began her career in the title and escrow industry in 1984 working in title. Yet, she found that her work preference laid in the escrow department and began performing closings in 1993. Gaining extensive experience in escrow, Robin transferred to the Regional Escrow Services and REO department in 2008 and was promoted to Manager in June 2009.

Robin actively teaches REO classes to the Treasure Valley real estate community and has been a guest educator of pre-licensing courses for local real estate schools.
