Employee Spotlight – Kiahni Freeman
We have a new Alliance Title Employee Spotlight – Kiahni Freeman!
Kiahni is Alliance Title’s Administrative Assistant for our Eagle, Idaho branch. She opens orders, creates physical files, answers phones, greets customers, keeps the office stocked, and boosts office morale with her quality humor!
Having been with the Eagle team for about a year and six months, Kiahni’s favorite Alliance Core Value is “Teamwork.” She explains, “It is easy to be a good Administrative Assistant when you have an amazing team like I do. The Eagle team has helped me through so many life changing events and helped me grow in Escrow. Teamwork is so essential to our everyday routines in providing the most efficient work and top notch customer service. Without the team I have, I would not have succeeded in my position as I have been able to today.”
Kiahni enjoys being able to talk to customers and create relationships, “[so clients] always have someone to look forward to being able to talk to when they come in.”
When asked whom she admires, Kiahni thinks of all of the strong women in her life. She illustrates, “I admire all of the strong females owning their life, their industry, their physical and mental well-being, their hobbies, their kids, their home life, etc. I always find something to admire in other powerful women. I think being a young woman – who is a new mom, at the beginning of her career, in her first very serious relationship – there is always so much to learn, so many changes going on in my priorities, goals, self-image, choices, passions, annoyances, hobbies, etc. I think it is essential to keep those role models around myself so that I can reflect what type of woman I want to be as a mother, partner, coworker, citizen, and human being.”
Outside of the office, Kiahni loves spending time with her fiancé and 5-month old son! They enjoy swimming, fishing, and camping.
Kiahni’s favorite quote, “The grass is greener where you water it,” is something she tries to live her life by. She explains, “I love this quote, because any situation in my life that comes up is a reflection of my choices and my actions. I hold myself accountable with this quote and remind myself that I will water things that matter to me and be able to make every single day a good day if I want it to be.”
Now that you’ve gotten to know Kiahni a little more, give a shout out to Alliance Title’s Eagle branch on Facebook and write them in on your next transaction! Kiahni looks forward to helping make your home closing a simple and smooth experience.
