We have a new employee spotlight! Let’s give a round of applause for Kassandra Short!

Kassandra is our Escrow Officer for Alliance Title’s Blackfoot, Idaho branch. Kassandra handles clearing title, prepares documents for closing, and conducts signings with buyers and sellers. Having been with Alliance since 2014, Kassandra is the one you want on your team!

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Integrity” is Kassandra’s go-to pick. She explains, “Having strong principles and being honest makes the world of difference in everyday life as well as in our industry.”

Kassandra is very animated and loves to make closings exciting. She continues, “I like to engage with customers to get to know them a little bit more and lighten the mood! While this is an important time for understanding what they are doing, it can also be a very exciting and memorable day!”

When asked whom she admires, Kassandra thinks of her parents: “I definitely admire my parents! I am blessed to have an amazing father and mother as well as stepmother and step father who treat me like their own. They all have an amazing work ethic and watching them excel in their careers has definitely encouraged me to follow in their footsteps!”

Outside of the office, Kassandra loves to spend time with her husband and their families. Although they’re very busy, Kassandra and her husband’s lives revolve around farming and ranching – which they absolutely love!

Kassandra’s favorite quote, “It’s fine, everything’s fine,” helps her during stressful situations. She explains, “whenever I’m feeling stressed or feel like everything is falling apart, I say this knowing it could always be worse!”
