We have a new employee spotlight! Let’s give a big cheer to Jessica Lins!

Jessica is Alliance’s Escrow Officer for our Meridian, Idaho branch. Jessica helps oversee the flow of files from open to close, draw docs, address client inquiries and concerns, and educate escrow newcomers. Jessica explains, “We just buildin’ friends, closin’ deals, and makin’ dreams come true! Having a sense of accomplishment at the end of every day is what I love about working with my Alliance team.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Integrity” is Jessica’s top pick. She continues, “Several of [the core values] rank pretty high…but Integrity is the one that takes the lead. Each of the others become harder to achieve without it. A person with a high level of integrity knows right from wrong and as such does not leave a team member to struggle alone. Integrity is a key component of a strong foundation and a fundamental building block of our personal and professional success.”

Outside of the office, Jessica loves to spend time in the outdoors. Family, however, is a key focus for Jessica. She explains, “With kids grown and building lives of their own, I have found that I am less concerned with the daily tasks of motherhood and now look for opportunities to capture what moments I can with the loved ones surrounding me. I’ve come to realize, that in the grand scheme of things, little moments only make themselves available for very short periods of time. As we all know, ‘time marches on.’ At one point or another, we all reach a place when those we love are no longer right here with us. It is then, that these little fragments will be what we cherish and hold most dear.”

Jessica’s favorite quote, “Take time to smell the roses,” is something she tries to remind herself of every day. She continues, “We all too often forget to even breathe, let alone recognize the beauty that surrounds us. This simple reminder not only affects a deep breath, it also helps me to take pause, find the ray of light, and be present in the now.”
