Employee Spotlight – Rachel Franklin
Let’s give a round of applause for our newest Employee Spotlight, Rachel Franklin!
Rachel Franklin is Alliance’s Title Assistant for our Nampa, Idaho branch. Rachel handles recordings and title searches, updates commitments, issues final policies, and assists her Escrow Officer. Rachel has been with Alliance for the past two years – and we are so lucky to have her on our team!
Of the Alliance Core Values, “Integrity” is Rachel’s favorite. She explains, “I think Integrity is the core behind the other values. Having personal integrity makes you hold yourself Accountable, makes you a better Team Player, improves your Service and quality of work, and instills an amount of Trust and Respect from your coworkers and customers.”
When asked whom she admires, Rachel immediately thinks of her grandmother. She continues, “I have never met such a happy and positive person who has faced so many trials and adversity in their life. She just loves everyone, even those that have done wrong by her – she forgives and forgets and loves them just the same. I think she is an incredible example of what we need more in this world.”
Outside of work, Rachel loves to play sports, paint, knit, hike, bike, and spend quality time with friends and family. However, most of her free time has now transferred to being a mom to a fun and energetic 3-month old little boy.
Rachel’s favorite quote, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and loved more than you will ever know,” from Winnie the Pooh, is a quote that has always resonated with her. She explains, “I think that it is vitally important to remind others, but especially yourself, of your worth and that you are important and loved.”
