We have a new employee spotlight in the house! Let’s give a cheer for Danielle Aldous!

Danielle Aldous is an Escrow Assistant for our Alliance Salmon, Idaho office. Danielle helps facilitates closings, as well as assists our escrow officers in the branch. Danielle enjoys her job being different every day – she explains, “No transaction is the same, so it is a constant opportunity to learn. I also really enjoy anything customer service related. Working with the public directly and face-to-face closings are my favorite!”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Trust & Respect” are Danielle’s favorites. “It is of the utmost importance that the people of our community, our clients, and our co-workers trust us. I believe that if you can gain someone’s trust, then you can then gain their respect – and in the business world, this is the key for success.”

When she’s not working hard in the office and bringing a smile to clients’ faces, Danielle makes sure to schedule spending time outside. She explains, “I am a lover of all things outdoors and am very active. Running with my dogs, hiking with Toryn (her son) on my back, playing community softball, and working through a session of Crossfit at our amazing local gym, Lat45, are a few of my favorite things to do.”

Thinking of who she admires most, Danielle makes no hesitation when speaking of her husband. “My husband, Tyler, is my best friend and drives me absolutely crazy – he is who I admire the most. He seamlessly handles my “Type A” personality by reminding me to relax and not stress over things that are out of my control. Most of all, I have admired how easily he transitioned into becoming a dad to our sweet boy, Toryn – and we have another little boy on the way!”

Danielle’s favorite quote comes from the confident Blair Waldorf, a character from the book and series, Gossip Girl: “Here’s my advice – have a little faith, and if that doesn’t work, have a lot of mimosas.”
