Our newest employee spotlight goes to Ashley Houweling!

Ashley is a Business Development Representative for our Nampa, Idaho branch. She is responsible for building relationships and educating agents, lenders, and the community on what Alliance Title does – which is “closing real estate transactions.” Ashley also provides tools and education on strategies to help build and maintain the branch business.

Ashley has been with us since June of 2016 – and we are so lucky to have her! Ashley enjoys being a resource for individuals involved in real estate transactions. She explains, “I enjoy having the ability to help them problem solve issues that may arise in a transaction, as well as providing education on marketing strategies.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Service” is Ashley’s favorite. She illustrates, “We provide a product and a service to those involved in real estate transactions. Our goal is to provide the best service experience possible for all parties, in addition to peace of mind that their transaction and investment is solid. It is from providing excellent service that I feel all the other core values naturally flow.”

Outside of work, you might just spot Ashley working more! Ashley explains, “My husband and I are also farmers, so we are constantly working in that ‘field’ as well – no pun intended.” Ashley and her husband’s main focus, is of course, their little 15-month old daughter, Cassidy. Ashley exclaims, “It is so exciting to watch her grow and her personality blossom. She is the light in my life!”

Ashley’s favorite quote, “opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work,” from Thomas Edison, resonates with her and fits within her lifestyle and way of thinking.
